A simple guide to using your pad and disposing of it after use.

Illustrated guide: attach pad to underwear, fold wings, wrap used pad and dispose in a bin; do not flush

Peel and attach

Remove the release paper and attach the pad to your underwear. Fold the wings underneath to secure it. Always follow the instructions on your product packaging.

Wrap and dispose

Wrap the used pad in its wrapper or paper and put it in a waste bin. Do not flush pads down the toilet.
