THE WELLISHA JOURNAL
Your coupon, explained
A clear guide to applying your personal code and reviewing the final price.
Use the right account
Personal coupons belong to one account. Sign in to that account and choose the coupon at checkout. Only one coupon applies per order, and coupons do not combine with other offers.
Review before confirming
Review current prices to see whether your coupon applies and what you will pay. Codes may expire, are single-use and cannot combine with a scheduled offer on the same product. The server checks eligibility again when you confirm.
Welcome and referral coupons
When available, you receive a welcome coupon once you sign in with Google or Microsoft (which verifies your email address), and you can earn a referral reward when a friend you invite receives their first order without a refund. Coupons & referrals in your account lists each coupon with its expiry date.
If payment needs another attempt
A coupon is used when the order is confirmed. Recover the same order to retry payment; creating a new order does not restore the code. Contact customer care if you need help.
